Remember Mood Rings?  Apparently there is a new lipstick on the market that claims to change color to show a woman's level of arousal.  "New Mood Swing Emotionally Activated Lip Gloss" by Too Faced apparently changes from pale pink to crimson red when the wearer becomes aroused.  Interesting.

Paula Abdul won't be returning to the judges table just yet.

Talks for the former American Idol judge to join ABC's possible Star Search reboot as a judge and host have ended, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Abdul's decision not to participate puts the show's fate into question, as the idea was largely tied to Abdul, according to the trade paper.

Since leaving Idol in August, ABC Entertainment President Stephen McPherson had publicly stated his desire to work with the 47-year-old Abdul on either Dancing with the Stars or another venture. Former co-star Simon Cowell has also expressed interest in possibly working with her again on his upcoming talent series X-Factor.

Star Search, which was hosted by Ed McMahon, was a hit in syndication during its original run from 1983 to 1995. Following the success of Idol, CBS relaunched the competition series in 2003 with new host Arsenio Hall, but it lasted only two seasons.

One day after Jesse James was hit with allegations he cheated on wife Sandra Bullock, the reality star has issued an apology, but stopped short of confirming the rumored infidelity.

James called "the vast majority" of claims that have surfaced "untrue and unfounded," in a statement the star issued to Access Hollywood on Thursday.

"I will not dignify these private matters with any further public comment," his statement continued. "There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me."

James apologized to Bullock and his three children, children he was photographed taking to school on Thursday, followed by the paparazzi.

"It's because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way," his said in the statement. "This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me."

On Wednesday, In Touch magazine revealed their newest cover story -- titled "The Ultimate Betrayal," which centered around an interview with a woman named Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, who claimed to the mag she had an 11-month affair with James, including while Bullock was shooting "The Blind Side."

"Michelle had several text messages," In Touch West Coast Bureau Chief Ashley Dillahunty told Access. "In the magazine -- we put the text messages in there."

According to McGee, James led her to believe that he and Bullock were separated. She also claimed her sexual relations with James took place inside his West Coast Choppers shop.

As the cover story allegations were emerging, Warner Bros., the film behind "The Blind Side," issued a statement on behalf of the film's star, Bullock, who said she would not be attending the British premiere of the film she won the Best Actress Oscar for.

"Due to unforeseen personal reasons a trip abroad to support 'The Blind Side' has been deemed impossible at this time," the studio's statement from Sandra read. "I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your continued support of the film."

And on Wednesday night, People ran a story claiming a source told the mag the actress had left the home she shares with James.

According to the source, Bullock left their home on Monday.

NBC is rehiring the original Apprentice, the network announced Wednesday.

The non-celebrity version of the reality show from executive producers Mark Burnett and Donald Trump will return for a sixth season with a revised format. It will emphasize the country's economy by casting 14 contestants affected by the recession. The new cast will consist of people who have been laid off, are unhappy with their current career path or recently graduated with few possibilities.

Celebrity Apprentice's Bret Michaels faces biggest challenge yet: Donald Trump's boardroom

"The Apprentice is a proven brand, and we believe its return is more relevant than ever since it will provide new hope for many Americans struggling in this difficult job market," said Paul Telegdy, NBC's executive vice president of alternative programming.

The Apprentice premiered in January 2004 and quickly became a hit for NBC. The series not only spawned Trump's catchphrase "You're fired!" but also made several of the show's contestants such as winner Bill Rancic (Giuliana & Bill) and Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth famous.

"I am very excited to return to the original premise of The Apprentice," Trump said. "We've got to do something about the economy and this is a terrific way to provide jobs as well as business lessons along the way."

The first season of The Apprentice averaged 20.70 million viewers in 2004 and attracted 28.05 million viewers for its first finale. The most recent installment of Celebrity Apprentice premiered Sunday to 8.3 million viewers and a 3.2 rating in the 18-to-49 demo.

Open casting calls will be held across the nation for the new season but in the meantime, hopeful contestants are encouraged to e-mail castingnbcapprentice@gmail.com. No airdate has been announced.

Michelle McGee, the woman branded as the mistress to Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James, wasn't quiet about her supposed relationship with the married motorcycle builder.

McGee worked as a model for the adult website SocalGlamourGirls.com -- and her former boss tells Radaronline that McGee spoke openly about James.

"She told me that she and Jesse were together...this was around May 2009, or just prior to that," Danielle Dee Madrano tells Radar.

On Wednesday, Bullock, 45, announced that she would not attend next week's London premiere of The Blind Side "due to unforeseen personal reasons." That same day, a tabloid cover claimed James' affair with McGee; James also deleted his often-updated Twitter account. Married for nearly five years, Bullock and James have yet to comment on the allegations.

"[McGee] told me that Jesse's marriage to Sandra Bullock was for publicity, and that's why he did Donald Trump's show, Celebrity Apprentice," Madrano explains.

Madrano adds, "He never called on Sandra for money or influence because their marriage was a sham, she said."

McGee worked under the pseudonym "Michelle Bombshell" on SocalGlamourgirls.com, which features "beautiful bikini models, sexy school girls and topless glamour models" engaged in online chats with paying customers.

Madrano claims that McGee and James, 40, had private online chats; McGee is "no longer active" at the site today, she says.

Also a tattoo artist and a stripper, McGee has a tattoo on her forehead which reads "Pray for Us Sinners." She was raised Amish, but no longer speaks to her "very conservative" parents, according to online interviews at Starcasm.com
